jens de69d3e845 - refactored Formatter -> DeFormatter, Formatter
- refactored Symbolizer -> DeSymbolizer, Symbolizer
- Formatter is a Processor::Block
- changed retrieval for Processor::Buffer
- added Exception.hpp
